Several months ago, I thought about an idea of doing video bios for people. I had no idea of what the concept would be.  There are  times when we are all afraid to trust our own instincts.

The idea of “This is who I am and this is what I do” would never leave me. Here’s an inside look to MeShun Vann, Makeup Artist.  I shot the video a week ago. This talented artist talks about her early influences, inspirations, and future outlook.

Yesterday, I watched MeShun Vann do her thing as a stylist.  I love watching people do what they are passionate about. The meticulous steps that MeShun takes when deciding on a particular look for an individual reflects in the quote above.  It’s the driving force for me to become a better cinematographer and editor.
